These Terms of Service apply to your use of coralkeepsake.com and any purchase from Coral Keepsake ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

2. Personalized products

Our products are made to order using the names, dates, messages and photos you provide. You're responsible for checking that these details are correct before ordering, as we print exactly what is submitted.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse to print content that is offensive, unlawful, or uses someone else's trademarks or copyrighted material.

3. Product appearance

Product images and previews are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process, and the placement of photos and text may differ slightly from previews.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates and our returns terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, text, illustrations and images on our site, other than content you upload, belong to Coral Keepsake or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site at the time of your order applies to that order.
