Shipping Policy

Every Coral Keepsake item is personalized and made to order, so your order goes through two stages: production, then delivery.

Production time

Your item is printed after you order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. During busy gifting seasons this can take a little longer, so please order early for birthdays, baptisms and holidays.

Delivery time

• United States: typically 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
• United Kingdom and other countries: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout where available.

These are estimates rather than guarantees, as carrier times can vary.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status using the Track Order link at the bottom of our website.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover replacements for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at hello@coralkeepsake.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle lost or damaged parcels.
